Information clause regarding the processing of personal data by the Company “AGAT” S. A.

Based on art. 13 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we inform you that:

    – taking action to conclude and perform the contract, fulfill the order;
    – handling, pursuing and defending in the event of mutual claims.
  4. The basis for the processing of your personal data is:
    – Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract;
    – Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c GDPR – fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator, resulting from tax regulations (tax ordinance, act on goods and services tax, act on corporate income tax) and accounting regulations (act on accounting.
  5. Information on transferring data to other entities:
    The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data under the provisions of the law. Your data is not transferred to international organizations and third countries.
  6. Period of data storage:
    – contracts: for the duration of the contract, and then for the period of pursuing potential claims;
    – orders: 5 years from the preparation of the financial report.
  7. You have the right to:
    – access your data and the possibility of rectifying it,
    – limiting the processing of your data,
    – transferring data,
    – lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  8. The data provided by you are:
    Provided voluntarily. Failure to provide data results in the inability to sign the contract/place an order.
  9. Your data:
    They are not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
