for the purpose of personal data processing – trade partners, customers
Pursuant to Article 13 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I would hereby like inform you that:

3. Your data will be processed for the purpose of:
   execution of the contract/order.
4. Processing of your personal data shall be based on:
   – Article 6 section 1 letter b of the GDPR/contract signed by you;
   – Article 6 section 1 letter c of the GDPR: Accounting Act of 29 September 1994;
   – Article 6 section 1 letter f of the GDPR: legally justifiable interest of the Controller.
5. Information on transferring data to other entities:
   Only entities legally authorised to receive personal data will be the recipients of your personal data. Your data is transferred neither to international organisations nor to third countries.
6. Data storage period:
   – documents and contracts: 5 years from the termination of the contract and period of pursuing claims, if applicable;
   – invoices: 10 years from the date of entering a given invoice into the national e-invoicing system.
7. You are entitled to:
   – have access to your data and to rectify it,
   – limit the processing of your data,
   – transfer your data,
   – file an objection to its processing,
   – lodge a complaint with the supervisory body.
8. The data provided by you has been:
   downloaded pursuant to the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994. Failure to provide data shall render impossible the execution of the order/contract.
9. Your data:
   is subject neither to an automated decision-making nor to profiling.
